Rear Door Panel Removal

Hi all...

does anyone here know how to remove the rear door panel, I need to get to the chrome strip above the license plate as it has partially come loose. I have been told that you need to get to the inside of the door to push the clips out... however I am unable to find any bits which hold the rear door panel in place...

Please advise...
