2009 Tourer Panoramic Roof

has anyone else experianced a crack in the panoramic roof. I have been told this maybe due to the car hitting a pot hole and the structure twisting!!!!?

Yes it is caused by the body twisting.All car bodys twist, the fault is caused because the panoramic screen was not fitted into the body pegs on the top edge of the screen. Toyota do know of this fault and your dealer will replace the screen. we have replaced 5 screens all have cracked on the nearside at the top, hope this helps you
