What you need is a stud remover or screw extractor.

Look 'em up on eBay, they're cheap.

Centre punch a dimple in the centre of what is

left of the old T25.

CAREFULLY drill a small hole into it.

Use the stud remover anti-clockwise to unscrew what's left.

Here's a vid which outlines the idea.

Ian.

EDIT: just read you post again.

If you've already managed to remove the old T25,

The temporary screw will be fine.

The wheel bolts do all the work.

Buy a new T25 from Toyota when convenient.

Thought about leaving it?

I can't see what purpose these idy-bity screws serve - other than being a PITA when you come canging the discs. Leave it off man, they are pointless (IMHO).

The screw is pointless its just for having the disks already aligned when you put your wheel back on its your wheel that holds the disk on properly
