D4D Fuel Filter Warning Light

Hi, hope someone could shed some light on what warning lights I should expect to see before starting the engine on my 2007 2.2 D4D tourer. I've only had the car a few weeks, but don't think that the engine management light and fuel filter lights were lit prior to actually starting the engine. A lot of the warning lights illuminate, then go out, and I would expect to be left with handbrake, Battery and oil warning lights on before starting. Once started, all go out bar the brake one until the handbrake is released. The car has just been serviced by Toyota, and I did ask them about it, they said nothing to worry about unless the engine management and fuel filter warning lights come on whilst driving. I'd appreciate it if another Avensis diesel owner could let me know what I should expect to see. Thanks.
