Damaged Car

I put my Blue in for a service and MOT last week (Passed) they collected it and returned it four hours later.

On it's return I noticed my sill was scratched, not deep by I am fastidious about my car.

I called the service manager Arron Brown who couldn't have been more apologetic, he arranged for me to pop in and have it inspected.

I was all geared up for an argument but no he again apologised and said he would call me back that afternoon to arrange a date to take it to the body shop.

He duly called as promised and arranged to collect it yesterday at 08:30, I then got a call to update me about the progress and it was agreed to return this morning and at 09:30 I received a shiny scratch free Aygo.

Who were these bastions of great customer service .... Inchcape Toyota - Guildford

What a superb bunch of people, I have bought bits , had my car serviced and even bought it from them, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

All I can say is Well Done
