I Need Help!

Yea its a dist block. I have a similar Autoleads one. Its used to split the power cable to various power sources. It splits my power cable to goto all three amps. Handy as one of them needs a smaller power cable than the other two (hence the smaller holes).

as purvesh81 says its a distribution block to run mulitiple amps, the idea is you run a 4 gauge power cable from the Battery and plug it into the block then run 8 gauge cables from the block to your amps, i have 2 fused ones but i dont think theres a need for a fuse at the end it has to be at the begining,
