Have asked before but never had any details from my engine to help identify, anyway near the top of the engine it says E1CD-C90. The car is a 2005 2.0D4D Avensis, does this mean its the 116bhp for definite?

Regards

David

Hi David,

your car is border line for an engine type, if the engine has a cambelt with plastic cover it is around 114bhp but if it has a chain driven cam with an alloy cover then it is 125bhp. Most 2005 2ltr d4d diesel models will be 114bhp.

Regards Pete.
