Yaris Won't Start - Urgent Please Help

Hi

I attempted to go out tonight, after driving the Yaris fine today, but it won't start.

It is a keyless entry version. The remote will not open the door and when I do get in, using the pop out key, the car won't start at all when pressing the start button and holding down the clutch like usual.

On the dash I just get a beeping and a picture of the key in yellow/green comes up with a line through it.

I replaced the Battery in both keys 3 months ago. I got the other key from my house but this one will not work either (it is never used)

Any ideas what could be the problem?

Thanks in anticipation!!!

Try putting the key fob with the toyota emblem facing the switch and push it against it with the normal clutch action it should still start
