So if we asked the posters of TOC to spell BOLD, everyone with the exception of Kynan would almost certainly spell it thus...

Fair comment But.... I'm Irish & therefore exempt & before you say "But this is TOC UK, that is a sore point with me It should read TOC UK & Ireland. We have quite a sizeable population among the members

For further confirmation of my point about colloquialism, I would refer you to an eminent Gentleman, known to all & sundry as "Bothy"

my judgements are shattered. Provence is in France. i know cos my brother lived there. And its got bug all to do with England.

England as the media have prtrayed, struggle to find 11 athletes who have gifts of eye-foot co-ordination. 11 members of a team failed to get any further than the stage before quarter finals....so I learnt from the English based BBC. On the other hand, Andrew Murray single-handedly got to the semi-finals of one of the worlds top sports touranments - twice in a row as it happens. And he only earned a few squillion compared to the Billions that England Football squandered. The FA should take a lead from the SFA and not bother even qualifying - thus saving millions that can be spent by the men in blazers.

Standing seats? they did away with them in football years ago and the game hasn't been the same since.

I can express my opinion with some experience as I suffered a slipped disc after arriving at Glasgow airport from Brummyingham when the aircraft (BA) caught fire and landed at Glasgow runway pretty damn quick (PDQ) And that was me sitting in a seat... who knows what might have happened if there had been any standing passengers - probably instant combustion.
