Auris Suspension

Any one found the auris suspension very hard. I had a Corolla my last car and could ride

over humps and hardly feel them. The Auris is very different I can feel most bumps

Not really... I had a Corolla TSport 8 years and the set up on that was hard-ish, we also have a 1.4 Corolla saloon in the family and have to say the Auris is way "softer" in the way it rides the bumps. Had a short ride in a new Avensis estate last week and was almost shocked by how hard and unrelenting the ride was compared to the new Auris.

i dont know which model auris you have, but mine is a T spirit i.6 and after changing to it from a mondeo st

which was hard suspension wth low profile tyres, its nice and soft wth still acceptable handling.

when going over level crossings etc you hardly feel it and just get the slap of tyres ( no rattles.)

i chose the auris after reading reviews on the honda civic that discribed the ride as tooth loosening.
