does any body know whats the difference between a vvti engine and a vvti dual engine which it says on my engine cover ?

also are all auris petrol engines dual ?

Dual VVT-i means VVT-i on both the intake and the exhaust valves, where as on "single" VVT-i only the timing of the intake is variable.

if you put TOYOTA DUEL VVTI in your serch engine it will explain the due variable vave timing in detail.
