having got the clunk/clonk noise from the clutch when releasing the clutch when changing up from1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd most noticebly at low revs but not every time , and having been told by dealer theres nothing wrong AND having read on here that alot of people have this on there auris

i would like to write to customer services to seek in writing assurance that if this noise develops into a problem out of warranty i will be covered

please could someone give me the address and maybe a name of somebody high up to address it to. thanks

Ask your dealer, and tell them what you are doing by putting your complaint in writing. Send a copy of the letter of complaint to the dealership as well.

Toyota policy is (was) always to refer complaints initially back to the dealer.

If your issue is genuine you will get it resolved.
