How Often Should You Polish Your Car

just wondered how often you should polish your car as i polish mine at least twice a week by doing this would i damage the paint work what is your opinion

The instructions on polish containers say to do it when water stops beading on the paintwork.

I tend to do mine when it doesn't feel 'slippy' any more - usually 4 or 5 times a year.

Not sure whether you would damage the paintwork, but twice a week seems a bit excessive!

I do one massive cleaning session each month.

Wash, rinse, polish, paint cleaner, clay bar polish etc. Takes 5 hours each time but it's worth it every time! ;)
