I bet they were lining up to use it...

Obviously a shrewd cookie who dreamed up that little enterprise. How long did he seriously think he was going to get away with it before a thin blue line was assembled around his place? He'll no doubt have plenty of time to plot his next venture whilst he's in chokey.
