Heat Shield Or Sump Guard?

Ladies and gents,

Need your help and assistance to figure out what fell off the car a day ago.

It is a piece of soft metal about 1.5 feet by 1 feet with three holes in it. Looks like two at the back and one at the front.

Just had the car serviced before we went on holiday and this just fell off the car as we were driving along. Suspect the two

are related! The metal around the holes is very soft and jagged.

Any ideas? Car drives fine without it but would want to get replacement as soon as I get home. Thanks.

Could be the rear exhaust heat shield. Look above the exhuast to see if you have one.

Bang on.....many thanks. Just had a look underneath the rear exhaust box box and can see where

the bolt is still holding onto the silver metal. I'll get a new one and fix it myself.
