I am Dhaval Joshi, MSc student at Leeds University. As a part of my academics, I am conducting a research on the recent Toyota's Crisis Management and its impact on Brand Attitude. This topic is of my particular interest as I am keen about automobile sector and a loyal customer of Toyota. The main purpose of this research is to understand and note the view points of the customers as on how well Toyota has been able to address this issue particularly being a high involvement purchasing product.
