2010 Avensis Sound Quality? Any Good?

Hi All,

I'm very close to purchasing a new T2 D4D Avensis. The one thing I'm concerned about is the quality of the standard sound system? Is it any good?? Would it be comparable to say the Mondeo or Insignia? I had a '08 Avensis for a time and found the sound system poor, it lacked power and clarity...

I would normally just upgrade Speakers etc... but this is a company car so its not an option.

I would think that the sound system has not gone back since 2005, I have a 1.8 and I am impressed with the sound system, lots of base when required. There are 4 decent size door Speakers, The best sound system I have had in a car. I also have a CD and cassette player

yep nowt wrong with my 2006 avensis sound system

once you have a play with it and adjust the bass /treble etc
