I AM A NEW MEMBER HERE WHAT PRECISELY ARE THE REPERCUSSIONS OF 5-W30 OIL BEING USED ON AN OIL CHANGE AS OPPOSED TO 0-W20 OIL IN A PRIUS GENERATION 3

I would recommend a search of the previous threads. I've had problems at both services at 10k & 20k where either the wrong oil was used or the oil was over filled. I personally would insist that they use 0w20 and NOT over fill past the full line. You can tell if they haven't followed your instructions by the way the car will run aferwards!
