Need A 1.8 Vvti Engine

Ok guys i managed to blow my 1.8 vvti engine up.

I was just about to sell my car, because i have the 140bhp engine, but would like the 190bhp engine. Now after blowing the pistons out of my current engine im forced to buy a new one.

My first question is does anybody know where i can buy a cheap engine to put into my car?

second question is, if i just went and bought a 190bhp engine and put that in, is there much else that needs to be changed as well? ecu, breaks, suspension, exhaust? or would it just be cheaper to put the normal engine into the car and sell it and buy the 190 version.
