Vitzy All Clean

well finally got the finger out and got some cleaning done to vitzy

well lit was well due a new pollen filter

engine bay a bit grubby, here it is when i started today, strut was fitting about 3 months ago...

and well finally fitted the induction kit

**** loads of tar on the car, and i mean **** loads, this is shamefully the first time iam getting round to doing it.............ITS NOT MY CAR !!!!!! :wtf:

so got her detared and got to waxing.......here is her all waxed up

gave the exhaust and engine bay a cleaning too....

got a new set of plates for her aswell

must do a wee photo shoot with it all cleaned now, so what yous think of the car ?

Looks very nice! Love the wheels, really suits it.

I need to wash mine desperately but here in the N.W we have a hosepipe ban on so i can't wash it!

What make is the induction kit and is it worth the money? Sound nice ect?

I assume you know that's an Irish plate?

the induction kit is an HKS mushroom, and the exhaust looks like a HKS Silent hi power. oh and 5zigen fireball wheels.

lad i peed myself reading that, cant wait for his reply, not being smart just actually wana see if he knows its irish, i never would have thought of that

very good eyes by the way, correct on all, it was actually for sale in england first, did you happen to see it over there or have you just got a good eye ?

as for the plates, yes they are aftermarket/non standard or whatever way you want to put it but no you would get no hassle what so ever with them, fly through NCT aswell

oh and as for industion kit, as said it is hks mushroom kit and yes it is worth every penny,

iav often heard lads saying it sounds better but never believed them but it really really does, not just slightly, very very much so, from 4k on the roar/ growl out of it would make a man cream his pants :D

as iam sure you know this is the 1.5 model so has that bit of power to turn to grunt anyway

tell me about it...

most people either buy a typhoon, that bends downwards to behind the fog light OR have to relocate the induction kit, by rotating the Battery 90 degrees, and have a custom piece of hose comming straight out the TB to mount the MAF adapter on.

That's what I was curious about. If you get a CAF then you will be fine when at higher speeds, but any SRI will struggle in traffic sat there stationary.

well its not on long but no hassle so far from it, i know another lad who has one and no hassle with it either, he was telling me alright what would have to be done to get the proper caf, cant see me doing it though.....

i absolutely love this car, its a wee rocket and you dont have to worry about every bump or speed ramp like mine....
