Crush Tubes

hi all, bit of advice needed i have got some uprated crush tubes and tried to firt one but it was a sod to go in and now needs replacing, can anyone tell me if the tapered end goes towards the subframe (facing up) or as i fitted it tapered end facing down thanks (which doesnt seem to fit well)

But is that going in so the taper points towars the subframe or towards the ground?

to the ground i'd think. not done it myself?

I'd insert them taper end up the way, they are ment to be easy fitted and a pig to remove.

Where'd you buy uprated ones from?
