Can Headlights Be Made To Stay On.......

Hi,

Avensis TX3 Jan 07 facelift model. When the headlight switch is in 'Auto' mode and the headlights have come on, when the ignition is switched off the headlights remain on until the drivers door is opened. Is it possible to programme the headlights so they stay on for, lets say 30 seconds, after the drivers door has been opened and closed. This would be far more useful than them going off as soon as the door is opened. Is there also any way to have the radio on without having the ignition key in?
