Toyota Avensis Navigation And Stereo

I have a 04 Avensis.My navigation and stereo system is not working reason being i by mistake put the jump lead on other way around whn my Battery died.any sugestion on how i can get my navigation and stereo system working again ..i checked all the fuses they are all fine..and also coz of jump lead episode the Battery light is continousley showing on my board.any suggestion welcome

It really seems to me that you need to seek the help of an auto electrician. The systems of a modern car are so complicated I would not delve too deeply into it even though I have had many years experience of working on cars, admittedly mainly older ones
