Check Engine Light On

The engine light on my avensis has turned on. The error code p1222 is coming up but i can't find anything on it. The car is also in limp mode and has absolutely no power. It idles fine but you can barely drive it due to lack of power. It's a 2001 d4d. Any help is appreciated!

So did mine on my Avensis Vermont 1.8 petrol 2001. Any advice on what to do would be appreciated.
