Securing Child Seat

Hi people

can any one enlighten me on how to secure my daughters car seat in my lucida as the seat belts dont lock unless in collision .

which is cool but it means that the car seat moves around and is not secure .

Or is it possible to fit european seat belts in to a Import .

Please Help .

If you give a sharp tug on the belt it should lock like any inertia belt so fitting the child seat should be no different to fitting it to a Euro car

<_< My middle row are the same on the lap inertia, only use them rearward. ;)
