Navigation Dvd - Gaining Access

In order to order a navigation DVD update I need to access the existing DVD. The handbook blithely states "Take off the cover of the Navigation unit". I assume the unit is the box under the driver's seat? (08 T Spirit) If so, any advice as to how to remove the cover without destroying anything important, please?

On the later model T-Spirits, the Sat-nav was supplied with four discs. The dealer would have installed the appropriate disc for your country, and the original purchaser should have been given the other three discs. The number you need is printed on the back of the DVD box containing the three remaining discs.

I haven't looked but there will be a JBL Amp under one of the front seats and the Sav-nav ECU under the other front seat. According to the Repair Manual, the cover is held on with two fasteners on the top. I think the top is just for protection? To eject the disc, I seem to vaguely recall someone posting that you need the power on, and then you have to either slide a level or press a button.
