Whatever the Trojan is, it's managed to corrupt a couple of the system files so the computer can't even be accessed via safe mode. He should hopefully be up and running at the weekend when I get out to sort out whatever damage he has inflicted. Again.

No, he's obviously PAWNED out his PC, when his cheque has cleared he'll be back here with some silly 'virus' excuse. Do you think his delayed return may be because Cash Converters have had a peek at what he's been downloading and it might be another Gary Glitter scenario?
