Need A Little Help Car Wont Idile

hi i have a toyota avensis d4d its 2006 spirit model . the engine management light is on and its hard to start when u get it started it wont idile

on its on until about 10 till 15 minutes till its warms up once u get it to idle u can drive it but once u knock it off it wont idile on its own again

it just keeps cutting out anyone know what it could please thanks for your time
