Anyone investigated one,/ fitted one ?

(Seversl hours with a right foot on a throttle travelling a French Autoroute, makes me ask !)

I have to say this is the thing I will miss the most from my Lexus and it's a shame that for the price, and to compliment the existing kit level, Toyota didn't also include cruise control as standard on the iQ2 and iQ3, just to add to its premium placement. I guess this is because of the market it's aimed at, being primarily seen as a town car. It was £190 to add cruise control to a 3 Series BMW I looked at and I would have happily paid this if it was an option on the iQ. I haven't used my cruise control since ordering the iQ to condition myself to live without it, as I use it around town as well as long runs.

I miss it after having it as standard in a Civic

I raised this question with Conrad Anderson Ltd who are well known and respected after market cruise control fitters. I have had a couple fitted to Motorhomes.

Thanks for your enquiry. I don't recall fitting a cruise to Toyota IQ before, but we do see new vehicles all the time and fit cruise control to them (hundreds every year). The recommended system is a fully electronic one. We would charge £135.00 inc VAT for the fitting itself, and the cost of the parts will be between £365.00 - £410.00 inc VAT. The variable in this costing is the command module with which you operate the cruise control (such as a stalk on the column).
