Are these gearboxes in fact the same with same controls? I have a 107 2 tronic that had some creep to start with but after some months the creep disappeared and about that time the clutch sometimes did not engage (forward or reverse)and if the revs built up it engaged with a lurch.

Had Peugeot look at the clutch and it has now been adjusted and the creep is back. Not as strong a creep as the MMT box on a Corolla. Looking at the schematics on the Peugeot and Aygo sites it would seem that the clutch actuator is the same part and Also Peugeot refer to the gearbox as a Piloted MMT box.

Does the MMT as fitted to the Aygo have mild creep as well?

The entire driveline is the same between the Aygo, C1 and 107.

So yes, the M-MT, 2tronic and SensoDrive are the same.

There MAY be some difference in the ECU-software,

but I'm not sure if that's the case...

AFAIK the Aygo also creeps a little bit when you release

the brake, this is supposed to help you do a hill-start.

Many thanks for your reply Jan. You certainly have a wealth of knowledge on these cars
