Blocked Silencer

Hi all, I have just come back from the Toyota dealership after putting the car in to get a new speaker and a few rattles fixed , but when i got the phone call to say it's ready to be picked up, they tell me the silencer is blocked and will have to go in again to get a new one, fair enough this is getting done on warranty, but yet again it's another trip into dealership,the car is only 2 months old and i was wondering if any bodyelse has had this problem or if the more mechanical astute could advise how this could of happened so early and would this problem have any kock on problems.

I assume you mean knock on...

It was probably a faulty unit from the get go, I haven't heard that this is a common issue.
