Radio, Electric Mirrors And Time Display Fault

Hi everyone can anyone help i just bought a celica vvti but the radio, electric mirrors or time display do not work could this be a fuse that has knocked them all out or could there be further problems ????

Check the interior fuse panel by the side of your left leg, you will see two large 7.5amp fuses the far one (nearest the bulk head) serves the clock & power mirrors as well as audio system, cig lighter & glove box light.
