hi guys after owing my 2002 rav4 nearly a year i tried to change a rear tire but when i was jacking it the wheel remained stuck to the ground,is it normal?i saw the manual but it is not clear enough from where i suppose to jack it but it seems that i have to do so few inches infront of the wheel,am i right?thanks for the help

If you look a few inches backwards from the front of the rear tyres there is a bit of metal hanging down. The centre groove of the jack fits in there. The jack is at an angle compared to the car. Sorry that's not a great description.
