Clutch Pedal Noise

I got avensis 2.0 D4D 2005 98.000 miles

When i push the clutch is very noise and heavy,when i changed gear the car is not smooth and moveing slow.

i am very tired when i am driving.so any body know what going on my car?

Hello welcome to the forum,

it sounds to me like the clutch assembly/dual mass flywheel is failing. Get a Diagnosis and quote from 2 or three garages and/or Toyota dealers that you can trust to do a good job using quality replacement parts, this can be a very expensive job so it needs to be done right first time with a warranty.
