Auris 2010 Bluetooth Speaker Setup

I have a 2010 Auris with the Toyota bluetooth kit fitted by the dealership I bought the car from.

When I receive a phone call via the bluetooth system or play music from my iPhone through the bluetooth system, sound only comes from the passenger tweeter, which is often difficult to hear if you are travelling on the motorways etc...

My question is, is it possible to have the sound from the bluetooth system come out of all the Speakers like the radio does, or even just out of two Speakers?

Would still like an answer on this, even if its just to change the output speaker to the drivers side so that the sound output from the bluetooth connection is nearer to me!

Mine comes out of all Speakers but I guess it depends on which bluetotth setup you have. Ive got the satnav stereo with it built in, unsure if there was an option to select which Speakers are used as it was some time ago I set it up.

I have the Sr180 and the bluetooth works fine through all Speakers, maybe a chat with the garage?

I'm in an Avensis and it only comes out of one speaker, the Verso used to come out of both!

Hi all,

Happy new year to you all. I was having some issues on my bluetooth unit. I have an Auris 1.33TR 5dr 2011, RHD and the stereounit was malfunctioning. It was replaced under warranty but as soon as I got it back configured, I noted that now that during a voice call, the sound was coming out from the left speaker rather than the right (drivers side) as was the case before.

Is there a setting somewhere to get it back on the driver's side?
