Front Fog Lamps

Has anyone fitted Front Fog Lamps onto their Avensis GS 2002 Reg car, do you control it with a switch ?

Did the style front fog lamps change when they modified the Avensis in 2000 ?

Mine is 2001 Avensis, got fog lights fitted by dealer as part of deal. It's controled via switch which is installed where the VSC switch goes, between the mirror control and light level adjust. Dealer told me that wiring from front fogs to relay is already on the car but I'm not sure about the wiring from relay to switch.
