Handbrake Adjustment

Hi,

We have an 04 Corolla Verso. I want to adjust the handbrake as there's a lot of travel on the handbrake.

I have looked at the drum adjustment, there's no room for improvement there as one more click on the adjuster brings the drums on all the time. Is there a cable adjustment somewhere?

Inside the centre console just behind the handbrake.

It's fairly easy to get at.
