Sat Nav In My Avensis Is Not Responding

Please help,

The light on the sat nav/trip computer center console in my Toyota Avensis 2005 was not working when we brought it. It has recently been back to the garage for repair and we have been told that the whole unit needs replacing but unfortunately it has been discontinued. This alone is an issue so if anybody knows where a replacement can be brought it would be appreciated (I have already contacted Toyota directly with no luck).

The other problem is since it has come back from the garage it appears that the controls are not responding. I presume that the garage took the part out to look at it so it may be that it has not been reinstalled correctly but it is asking for the language but none of the control button works to move it off dutch, although when driving the miles till next fill up are reducing which makes it appear that it is working. Is there anyway of resetting it or any ideas?
