Storage compartments - 4.2 3door - 2 clip open compartments inside by the wheel arches - what should they contain, if anything?

In one is the wheel brace on mine - any info appreciated.

Yup that was what was in there when we got ours. Added that wheelnut box, spare bulb set and the yaller westkit for booze cruising from Plymouth to Roscoff since then but the jack still lurks like a sulking cat under the front seat. Anyone found a better place for it? I suppose it is handy for dealing with hoodied windscreen cleaners at the traffic lights in Chelsea - which reminds me; where DO they get their buckets of water from?
