Saw this in the irish autotrader, its not a miskke look at the numberplate, how is this possible, built from new?????????????

a friend of mine who has an escort rst said that ford uk have a few body shells unregisted for sale as spares and if you were to buid one of these up it would be registed as a an 04 plate, so maybe this is what happened? back in 92 somone bought a Shell and built it up

i think even in japan they were only made 83 to 87 ??

it just means the car was not registered and put on the road till 92 even though it was bought in 87 or earlier.thats the youngest ive seen but ive also seen 88,89,90

WHEN I SEEN THE ADD FIRST I THOUGHT HE WAS PULLIN A CON USING AN AE92 LOG BOOK THERE ARE A HEAP OFF LADS DOIN THAT BUT NO ITS A JAP IMPORT AND IT WAS HELD IN A DEALERS FOR FIVE YEARS IN JAPAN FOR SOME REASON SEEN THE CAR MYSELF AND IF ANYONE BOUGHT IT THEY WOULD HAVE A LOT OF WORK AHEAD OF THEM
