hi there every one i need help my mrs has got a 1995 uk celica gt ever since we have had the car abs light is on had it checked over came bk saying all sencers are not working so we came to the conclusion that it was the abs moduel as we didnt have the money we left is 4 months down the line abs light went off abs started working again but when the brake is used to stop the car slowly ie normal braking.It makes the same noise as it would when you brake hard any one have any ideas

do a abs test yourself - the how to is in the sticky section - once you have a fault code - you will know whats wrong.

any toyota dealership should test it for free for you . if you not upto the job. they will then usually tell you its the abs module or the ecu and require £1000 from you .
