last week put my car in to inspect a knocking noise from the front (i thought it was the suspension/hmmmm new coilovers :) ) but no it turned out to be a crack in the sub frame where the front anti roll bar attaches to it, well it seems well repairable about 3hours labour or so but the mechanic told me yesterday that there was another MR2 in with the same problem so beware :ffs:

on the inside of the frame there is a plate that the antirollbar connects too my mechanic says the plate is too small causing the problem (A design fault) platerollbar.jpgplaterollbar2.jpg
