Aygo Blue 2010 - My First Car - Accessories Info Needed

Hi Everyone

I've now had my Aygo blue MMT 2010 for a few week's and i have to say i love it. My first car

and it's perfect for me getting to work and dropping my daughter off at nursery. Really like

the bluetooth unit (shame i dont have the music mode unit)

Can anyone recommend a kit that i can use to play my music from my iPhone. Toyota have one but

it would cost £225. Also is it possible to get a interior light fitted so when i open the back door

to get my daughter into her car seat i can see?

Let me know what good accessories you all have

Hi,

I'm guessing you mean via the bluetooth? If so, I'm not sure... but if you just want to play music via your iPhone through the stereo, you can buy a 3.5mm jack, plug it in and off you go! You can't control it via the radio though.

In terms of interior lighting, I believe there is some way of doing it... I'd better wait until Jan answers because he knows these things. You could take a look at the Aygo/107/C1 blog (just type that into google) as they have all kinds of mods and accessory ideas on there. Otherwise you could always buy one of those push-on LED lights that clip/stick/velcro onto surfaces... I've got one in the boot and it works a treat! Make sure you get a bright one though. Might be worth doing this until you manage to get the interior light rewired!

You can fit an extra switch like the one on the driversside door at the passenger side.

If you have a 5 door, you can source a couple of NC-switches 19mm round push-fit

and fit them in the pre-existing holes that are filled with gommets on either side.

I had a little business going on in the pas where I would suppy and fit these switches

on Dutch cars. Did about 20 or more in the past year or so, but my stock has been

depleted and there's not much market anymore, so I stopped doing this.

Jan to the rescue as always :P glad your enjoying aygo :) my audio setup in my aygo 3.5mm wire plugs striaght into my phone + bluetak :)

phone sits in cradle and i can reach phone while drivng to change track :)

can you see the Toyota devil Image in the windscreen ahhhhh scary :P
