Misfire ,bumpy And Sluggish

hi i have a 2000 toyota avensis 1.6 petrol. the car developed a little misfire when at low rpm and jumped and when you take your foot off the gas pedal and then replaced it . i put new leads on the car ,but same problem, so we switched the coil packs from another car on to mine but still the same problem. then we changed the plugs , which for a month stopped the problem but now its back again. so now i i back to square one. if anyone could give me any advice then that would be great.

have you tried fuel pressure regulator or fuel filter
