Hello & Question

NEW to this forum and have a question: I have a 2007 Prius and the driver side headlamp went out. The dealer charged me $150 for a new headlight assembly, pus $85 to install it. They said you cannot just replace the lamp. But then I looked at the manual which gives instructions for changing a burned out lamp. I suspect that my dealer didled me. Now the other headlamp has gone out. What to do?
