Identifying Alloy Wheel Manufacturer And Model

Recommended Posts

Posted

I have recently purchased a 92 MR2 Turbo and the only problem I have is the alloys. They are in good condition but missing a screw on spinner for the centre and as I dont know the manufacturer or model I am stuck as to how to find a centre piece which will improve the look of the alloys.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have attached a photo of one of the alloys.

Thanks

is there anything on the rear of the wheel? the 'via' and 'jwl' on the front are just to say they meet certain standards, like BSI kite mark etc

Good idea thanks and after using a breaker bar to get enough leaverage to free the nuts - only nothing on the backs of the alloys only "Made in Japan" a few size markings and on one a sticker JAWA yet another certify sticker (amazed still attached to the alloy.

Still no idea what make it is, up side the inners of the alloys are now clean.

At first i thought they were Advan AVS, but looking further it seems they could be a copy of them.
