Dashboard Noise!

I have a base model 2004 Prius. I just bought it used. I noticed that the passenger side dashboard is slightly raised in an area, and makes noiose when I start driving over bumps and driving at speed. Any ideas how to resolve? Do I have to pull up the dashboard?
