04 Rav4 Differentials Question

Hello iam new owner of little rav4 , just sold my beloved 330i , i always liked the second generation rav4 ( The best designed small SUV ) and decided to give it a try for the winter , last winter was too bad with rear wheel drive car.

Can someone tell me please if there is any way to get low slipp diffs or lockable diffs for mine 04 rav4 ,

it is XT4 diesel . I dont know much about this car yet , just watched some vids on the net and they seem to get stuck

a lot because the open diffs.

You can certainly get a LSD for the rear axle from a scrapper. Earlier models with the square spotlamps had them. You can tell them by looking at the casing which is squarish on the LSD model.

I will post some pics for you later.

Other than that there is no lockable third diff option (sse driving in the snow post).
