Can anyone put me clear on this in the manual it says that the sunroof will open all the way or tilt all the way automatically with one tap on the switch but mine only moves in either direction for as long as you have your finger on the button as soon as you take your finger off the button it stops and its a bit awkward to find the right position when its shut because if you dont take your finger off at the right time it will start to open again ie if im closing it from tilt it will carry on going and slide open what I mean is theres no definite stop for when its fully closed.is this as it should be or is there something wrong

It's been so long since there's been good weather, I can't remember the last time I used the sunroof!

If I recall correctly, I think it does work as you say, but it can work as stated in the manual. I think it's down to how fine you work the buttons. I'll give it a try tomorrow (if I remember and it isn't pi**ing down with rain).

If I remember correctly, you can recalibrate the sun roof, I had to do it this last year on mine so it knows where the park (closed) position and end positions are.

The procedure is hidden in the manual I believe it was simple to do, so much so I did it a couple of times to be sure

Just a momentary press should achieve the full open/close/tilt. Anything longer than a quick click on the button and you override the auto function.

You will find it stops about 3" short of open which is to stop the interior resonating. A second press takes it wide open.
