Dent In 2005 Avensis T4 D4D And Need Fog Light Housing!

Hi guys,

I have a problem in that there is a relatively big dent in the back of my Avensis (the diameter the size of a golf ball) and goes in about 3cm. Absolutely ridiculous situation caused it, where my dad's van was parked infront of it and i had to move it out of the driveway and was in a rush, my dad has this annoying habit of leaving it in gear this time leaving it in reverse and when i turned the engine on it obviously reversed straight back into the Avensis! My fault i should have checked the gearstick but still raging!

Anyway does anyone have an idea as to how i can get this fixed, will i have to go to a 'bodyshop' and anyone how much a job like this may cost? I know difficult to tell with the limited description, i can put up a picture but approximate estimations would be appreciated.

Also, does anyone know where i can pick up a housing unit for a front fog light, Toyota themselves are too expensive!

I have used these http://www.dentdevils.co.uk/home.htm a biggish dent on my tourer cost me just £75.00. They came out to my vehicle and fixed it at my home address "very happy" can't help you with the foglight issue sorry.
